Barbara joined the board in 2012. After more than 30 years of practice as a corporate lawyer, she has recently joined the faculty of Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. She lives in Cincinnati, OH.

Sally joined the board in 2009. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara. Sally lives in San Jose, CA.



Susan StallSusan Stall
Secretary

Susan is a full-time volunteer and philanthropist who is very interested in fair trade and empowering women globally. Before devoting her time to volunteer work, Susan spent 13 years with SunTrust Banks in Atlanta, GA, in corporate banking.

Marsha Wallace is co-founder and president of Dining for Women. She is trained as a nurse and lives in Greenville, SC.

Barb Collins is the co-founder of Dining for Women and has played a key role in managing and developing the organization. Barb lives in Greenville, SC.




Jennifer Moyen-LoganJennifer Moyen-Logan

 Jennifer joined the board in 2011. Her career has been in program management, project and supply chain management as well as business systems development, particularly focused on process improvement and people development. Jennifer lives in San Jose, CA.



Kirsten BunchKirsten Bunch

Kirsten joined the board in 2011. Her career is in non-profit management and development. She is Director of Institutional Partnerships at Trickle Up. Kirsten is a Dining for Women chapter leader and lives in Weekawken, NJ.



Karen FrederickKaren Frederick

Karen joined the board in 2012. Her experience includes implementation of financial systems, integration of business and financial systems, company merger and acquisition systems integration, and corporate, regulatory and statutory financial reporting. She is a member of a Dining for Women chapter in San Jose, CA. She lives in San Jose, CA.


Jordene Hale

 Jordene is an educator and program designer with extensive experience working in Africa. She’s spent eight years in West Africa and another four in South Africa helping to implement and monitor NGO-sponsored programs. Jordene was most recently a consultant with SageFox, an Amherst, MA, consulting firm that specializes in monitoring, evaluation reporting and developing database applications to support projects around the world. Since 2011, she has been working on completing her Ph.D at the University of Massachusetts.



Dr. Susan Holck

Susan has spent 30 years with the World Health Organization, most recently in several senior executive roles including of External Relations; Director, General Management; Director, Office of the Director-General; and Senior Advisor to the Assistant Director-General for Family and Community Health.


In 1994, she played a key role in establishing the UN Co-sponsored Program on HIV/AIDS (later named UNAIDS), as the WHO representative on the planning committee. She retired from WHO in 2010 and returned to the US from Switzerland. She is writing a memoir and remains involved in non-profit and community efforts directed at health and wellness.
