The Overnight Meeting Package Rate Includes:
• Overnight accommodations • Dinner on the day of arrival • Three meals per day except day of departure which includes only breakfast and lunch • One refreshment break on full meeting days • Use of all The Lodge at Simpsonwood recreational facilities

PLEASE NOTE: Rates listed above are based on room occupancy, per night. All taxes are included.
Check in begins at 4 PM on Thursday. Check out is at 11:00 AM on Sunday.

Please enter the names of the people you wish to share a room with. Your room can house from 1- 4 people. Please be sure you have selected the appropriate size room (above) to match the number of people entered.

*Note: All rooms have one bathroom and two double or queen size beds.

The Registration table opens at 7:30 AM each day to get Registration materials. Sessions begin at 8:00 AM. The Sunday session ends at noon. Breakfast (7-9 AM) is available for $6; Dinner (5:30 - 7:30 PM) is available for $12. Minimum five hours notice is required for breakfast and dinner.

Day Participants: A "per person" Day Meeting Rate will be applied to anyone not staying overnight at The Lodge at Simpsonwood but attending the meeting. This fee is applicable regardless of meal/break consumption.
